Alexander Skarsgard won Best Horror actor at the 2010 Scream Awards. True Blood won “Best TV Show” category for the 2010 Scream Awards held by Spike TV. I was present at the amazing award show and it was a blast being there despite the rain and heckling non-Truebie fans. The videos below are  from the award show:
