The reason they filmed there I believe is that perhaps Russell Edginton is being kept there while he “heals”. It also looks like we saw a bit of that scene in the first full True Blood promo video which aired on Sunday. The screen caps below someone being dragged into a room. Looks like he was an unwilling blood donor!
